M&A and Business Development
WPI provides Mergers & Acquisitions support ranging from identifying targets and serving as lead negotiator to performing due diligence and managing integration acceleration.  WPI's Business Development consulting develops winning strategies that unlock performance potential.  Our process is dynamic and anticipatory based on understanding the industry and market demographics.

Optimization
Our Performance Optimization Programs provide insight to see through complexity and discern underlying patterns and unlock performance potential.  Our programs and expertise help clients optimize Plant Production Efficiency, Optimize Logistics, and Pricing.  WPI's Sustainable Cost Reduction program is a phased approach tailored tailored to your business to improve business fundamentals resulting in improved performance. 

Training
Finance and Accounting for Non-Finance Managers is a two day "Boot Camp" training program.  It raises the the overall financial IQ of the participant.

Private Equity

Private Equity (PE) owned companies are a focal point of WPI.  We have experience working with PE owned companies and understand their unique challenges. Our entire portfolio of services are available to PE clients. The most commonly used services are Interim CFO Services for New Acquisitions, Optimization programs (particularly Sustainable Cost Reductions) and international Business Development.

I. New Acquisitions - Interim CFO Services

  1. Assisting the Management Team with transition issues.
  2. Managing complex Carve-outs - WPI recently served as Project Manager for the carve-out of Noramco Inc. from Johnson & Johnson.

III. Preparation for Sale

WPI also offers M&A support. However, every Private Equity firm WPI has worked with has tremendous talent for the entire front end of the deal.  Nonetheless, WPI has the talent and offers the services if needed.

Not-for-Profit

WPI views Not-for-Profit Organizations (NFPO) as an agent of good for society. Enabling the organization to do "good" more efficiently, means being able to do more "good" for society. We have personally supported NFPO's with our time and treasure for many years.   However, many organizations lack financial talent and fall short of providing needed strategic advice and guidance.
